## Privacy

### What this site publishes

Certificates of registration of businesses, as the State of New York publishes them. The names of a business's
officers and its phone number are in the state file and are not republished. A sole proprietor registered under a
personal name, without a trade name, is searchable by certificate number but no page lists it.

### What your browser sends

No analytics, no advertising, no cookies. Searches run in your browser against static files. A click on a
referral link is counted (site, link and page — no visitor identifier). The host (Cloudflare Pages) keeps ordinary
server logs.

### How we are paid

- **Dated reports and Pro access.**
- **Referrals**: pages and records carry one of two links — to a micro1 video-data program for
businesses, or to Registres, an independent data gateway. This site may be paid a fee if a business that applies
through one of these links is accepted. No one pays to appear here.

### Corrections and removal

The data is a public state record. If something is wrong, or you want an entry removed from this site, write to
us: we cannot change the state's file, but this site is not the state.

**Do you run a construction company with
20 or more people on site?**

AI labs pay businesses to record first-person video of everyday hands-on
work — filmed by their own crews with a smartphone on a wearable mount, with consent and under contract.

**See the program and apply →**
Referral link to micro1: this site may be paid a fee if your business is accepted. Not affiliated with the
New York State Department of Labor.
